Rambutan is an old-timer of our service. We have had it since its opening, because it successfully combines two qualities - an original look and a delicious taste! This hairy fruit is not at all like the usual fruit for us. Behind the thin but rather dense skin is hidden a rather juicy fleshy pulp, inside which is a small bone. The taste of rambutan is sweet, with a very, very light acidity, similar to a mixture of grapes, strawberries and lychees! We like it best when the rambutan is slightly chilled. 4-6 pieces are enough for a portion of 200 grams, so take a little more at once.
Fact: Rambutan is included in most of our boxes because our customers just love it!
